Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions for use of the Angelique’s Jewellers website are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Online Shopping

We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the Delivery Information and Returns Policy.

Our customer service team will be delighted to help you place an order over the telephone, advise you on the range of products we offer on our website and help you with queries about payment.

Contact Details

Our primary method of communication with you is by email. Therefore please ensure the email address you provide us with is correct. All order and despatch confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will contact you by telephone. Again, please ensure the contact telephone numbers you provide are accurate.
Orders
Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you an email confirming your order details.
Goods will not be despatched until payment collection has been successful.
Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where:

(i) the product is available
(ii) the order reflects current pricing
(iii) your credit card/debit card payment is approved by your credit card/debit card company and
(iiii) your order passes our verification checks
We cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18. Orders placed using a debit/credit card must be based within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not accept non-UK credit or debit cards.
All orders can be placed via our customer service team who can be contacted on 02920458899 during the following times:

• Sundays & Bank holidays: Closed
Calls are charged at national rate. Unfortunately we are unable to accept PayPal payments over the telephone.

Tracking Orders

If your order has not been received within the agreed times (see delivery and returns information for further details) then you will be able to contact us directly on 02920458899 to track your order during the following times:
• Monday-Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
• Sundays &Bank holidays: Closed
Calls are charged at national rate.
For Click & Collect you will be able to contact the store directly on the above telephone number.

Expected Arrival of Deliveries

All orders received online at Angelique’s Jewellers are processed the same day and you will receive an order confirmation. Delivery ay will vary depending on the delivery option yyou choose, please see below:

Standard Delivery - £3.95 Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, will arrive 3 to 5 working days after order date.
Next Day Delivery - £7.95 Royal Mail Special Delivery. Will arrive next day if ordered by 2pm Monday- Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Next Day Saturday Delivery - £9.95 Royal Mail Special Delivery. Will arrive on Saturday when ordered before 2pm on Friday.
Click & Collect - FREE Available for collection in store 2 hours after order has been paid if before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be available the following day (excluding Sundays). Please note the store closes at 5pm.
Please note: In exceptional circumstances standard delivery may take longer but our Customer Service team will communicate this directly with you. Deliveries to South West England, Scotland, Highlands & Northern Ireland may take up to 24 hours longer to reach you.
Delivery times stated are subject to order approval.

Delivery Address

All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit card/debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.

A signature may be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.

If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature may still be required and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged.

Lost Packages

Even though packages are sent via secure Royal Mail, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Angelique’s.

Credit/Debit Card Payment

We will contact your payment card company for authorisation when you place your order. Your payment card will then be debited when we pick your order for despatch. The total amount you pay is unaffected, regardless of the payment method used.

We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/debit card account.

Validation Checks

All credit, debit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, we will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from Angelique’s website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order, or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information.

All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards have no expiry date. Only one gift card can be used per transaction. The card is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, and cannot be used retrospectively to pay for orders already purchased.
Normal terms and conditions for using Angelique’s website apply except when they conflict with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and Charges

We try to ensure that all product information and pricing displayed on this website is correct and up to date at the time you place an order. We verify pricing at despatch and in the event of an error the following policies will apply:
• Actual price lower than price shown at time of ordering - at our discretion we will charge you the lower amount and despatch the product.
• Actual price higher than price shown at time of ordering - we will either contact you to discuss whether you wish to continue with the order, or cancel the order and send you an email confirming the cancellation.
• All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.
• All delivery charges are shown as a separate line item on the order confirmation/invoice. For full details of our delivery charges please visit our delivery page.
Sale
1. This offer is available for a limited period only.
2. This offer is available online only.
3. This offer applies to selected items only, while stocks last and are subject to availability.
4. No cash alternative can be offered.
5. Sale items may not be sent in their original packaging - this is reflected in the sale price.
6. Angelique’s reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or promotion code.
8. Only one discount can be used per single transaction.
9. Delivery is subject to stock/size availability and usually within 3-5 working days.
10. All items have been available to consumers at the normal retail price for at least 28 consecutive days in the last six months online or in Angelique’s store with the exception of some of our online only jewellery which has been on sale at the higher price for 7 Days.
Sale Items
All sale items displayed have been on sale at a higher price for at least 28 consecutive days within the last 6 months; either on Angelique’s website or in store. Angelique’s website may offer an alternative selection of discounted items to the store.
Any items sold on Angelique’s website at discounted prices cannot be bought at the discounted price in store. The sale online is an offer only available online. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Sale items cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offer or discount code. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Packaging

All products will arrive inside an Angelique’s gift box or appropriate branded packaging and a padded envelope. A gift bag will be supplied.

Availability

All products and/or services displayed on this website are subject to availability. Prices of products may change from time to time. We confirm availability and price at the time your order is placed. If a product is unavailable when we come to despatch your order, we will contact you either by phone or email.
Website Errors
We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability.
